If you are trying to get rid of cellulite, you would have heard about how our diet can affect our bodily appearance and in this case, it can affect our cellulite conditions.

Poor digestion, reduced liver function, poor elimination through the kidneys, increased toxicity in our bodies are possible causes of cellulite. Do you know that many of the toxins have entered body from our careless diet and lifestyle.

Women often have more cellulite than men, partly because of the way the fat cells are lined in our bodies and sadly, there is really nothing much we can do about it except taking steps to get rid of cellulite. The appearance of cellulite is caused by the fat cells in women’s bodies and the connective tissue that holds the fat in place. Since this connective tissue is generally inflexible and honeycomb-shaped, the fat bulges out through the connective tissue in lumps, thus causing the dimply, cottage cheese appearance on the skin.

If you are serious in trying to get rid of cellulite, you should first avoid processed foods, colas, smoking and alcohol. Besides the liver problems that alcohol can cause, it can also help add excess weight and increase the amount of cellulite on your body! In either case, junk food, excessive alcohol consumption and excessive inactivity are not recommended, as they are detrimental to your body. However, for women who cannot exercise due to injury, disease or a heavy workload, regular cellulite treatments may be required to get rid of cellulite effectively.
